Privacy Policy

How we handle and protect your information.

    Last updated: October 2026

GREENWAY VENTURES LLC, doing business as Dig Nutrition, provides this Privacy Policy. You can reach us at info@dignutrition.com or (208) 255-1108.

Dig Nutrition collects information you provide when you contact us, request a service, book a conversation, make a purchase, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing details, and information you choose to share. Our ROOTS request form asks for contact details; detailed health questions are handled separately after we contact you. The Family Patterns Quiz asks about family patterns, daily habits, and current symptoms. When you enter your name and email to see your results, your selected answers and summary are sent to Kelly through Dig Nutrition's CRM service for follow-up. Your answers are not sent to advertising networks or general analytics.

We use this information to respond to requests, arrange appointments, provide services, process orders, and send administrative messages. We may also send information about Dig Nutrition services and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

    Forms and service providers

Our website sends form and booking details to our CRM service, which we use for contact management, scheduling, and communications. Some forms send details such as the service requested, age, referral source, or prior practitioner. Payment and ordering pages may take you to Stripe, Fullscript, or another provider, which handles information under its own privacy terms. Please avoid entering detailed health history into general website forms or the chat widget.

    Cookies and website tools

We use iubenda to present cookie choices and manage preferences. If you allow optional website tracking, our CRM service may collect page activity and technical information such as the page visited, browser details, and session identifiers. A chat widget may also load on eligible pages after the relevant preference is granted. You can change your choices using the cookie preferences control on the website. Submitting a form is a separate action: the details you enter are sent to us even if you decline optional page tracking.

Some interactive tools use your browser’s local storage to remember entries or completion states. Information saved locally remains in that browser unless you choose to submit it through a form or another connected feature.

    SMS text messaging

Our contact form offers an optional, unchecked SMS opt-in for customer-care text messages from GREENWAY VENTURES LLC, doing business as Dig Nutrition. These messages relate to your inquiries, appointment scheduling, reminders, and related follow-ups. SMS consent is never required to submit a question, is never prechecked, and is separate from email newsletter or event consent.

When you opt in, we keep a record of your consent, the disclosure you agreed to, the date and time, and the page where you opted in. Each submission is recorded on its own; an unchecked submission is not permission and does not re-enable messaging for a number on a do-not-disturb or blocked list.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message, or contact us for help. See our Terms + Conditions for full SMS terms.

    Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. We retain it as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. The systems used for detailed client intake and records are provided separately from the general website forms.

    Your questions and requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@dignutrition.com. We will review the request and respond in light of any records we are required to keep.
