The Comprehensive Mineral Reset is a five-month process built around your data. We find out what's actually happening in your mineral terrain, build a supplement that addresses it precisely, and I stay with you through the whole thing.

Most supplement protocols hand you a bottle and wish you luck. This one comes with a practitioner who knows your pattern, knows what to watch for as your body responds, and is reachable when something comes up.

You've tried things. Supplements, protocols, cleanses, elimination diets. Some of them helped a little. None of them got you where you wanted to go. You're not looking for another generic approach. You want someone to actually look at your data and build something from it.

Month 1: Your Initial Test and First Review

Your collection kit arrives at your door. You collect a small hair sample at home and mail it to the lab. Within 5 to 12 business days, your results come back.

We meet to go through everything. I walk you through your mineral map: what your levels and ratios are showing, what patterns I'm seeing, what those patterns tend to drive symptom-wise, and what we're going to do about it. You'll understand your own results. That's important. This isn't information I hold while you just follow instructions. You'll know what we're looking at and why.

From that review, I build your protocol.

Month 1 to 4: Your Custom Formula

Your HTMA results go to Vykon Custom, a lab that builds personalized mineral formulas from practitioner-submitted data. They formulate a supplement specifically for your numbers. Your ratios, your deficiencies, your pattern. Nobody else's formula looks like yours, because nobody else's data looked like yours.

What you receive is a single 90-day formula that does the work of multiple individual supplements. There's nothing equivalent on a store shelf. It has to be built from data, and now we have yours.

Ongoing: The Check-in Visit and Client Portal

As your minerals begin to rebalance, your body recovers capacity it had been running low on. That includes its ability to clear things out. For most people, this is a smooth process. For some, there's an adjustment period where things feel a little different before they feel better. That's not a problem. It's the work happening.

What matters is that you're not navigating it alone.

About six to eight weeks in, we do a check-in visit. We talk about how you're responding, what you're noticing, and whether anything needs adjusting in your protocol.

Between that visit and every other appointment, you have access to me through the client portal. Direct messages. Real responses. If something shifts, if you have a question, if you're not sure whether what you're feeling is worth flagging, you send a message. That access is what keeps people from getting lost halfway through a protocol and quietly quitting.

Month 4 to 5: Your Retest

We run your HTMA again. This is where the process gets interesting. We put your new results next to your original map and look at what changed. Where your minerals moved. What shifted. What still needs attention.

From that comparison, I build the next phase of your protocol. Because where you are at month five is a different starting point than where you were at month one, and your support should reflect that.
