HTMA Intensive

The HTMA Intensive is one clinical appointment's worth of real information about what's been happening inside your body.

You send a small hair sample to the lab. The lab runs it through analysis and sends back data on your mineral levels, mineral ratios, and heavy metal burden. I review those results clinically, build a functional protocol around what I find, and walk you through what it all means.

You leave with a clear picture of your mineral foundation and a protocol that speaks directly to your pattern.

You've heard about HTMA and want to understand your own results before committing to anything longer. Or you've been dealing with fatigue, sleep issues, mood instability, blood sugar swings, or stubborn symptoms that bloodwork hasn't explained, and you want to know if minerals are part of the story.

One HTMA Lab Test

A prepaid test kit ships to your door. You collect a small hair sample at home following the included instructions, mail it to the lab, and results come back within 5 to 12 business days.

Clinical Review of Results

This is not a printout with reference ranges and a note that says "discuss with your doctor." I read your results the way a functional practitioner reads them: looking at ratios, patterns, and what the relationships between minerals are telling us. The calcium-to-magnesium ratio. The sodium-to-potassium ratio. The zinc-to-copper story. The full picture.

General Functional Protocol

Based on what comes back from your results, I build a protocol with specific dietary and supplement recommendations tailored to your pattern. You'll know what to prioritize, what to avoid, and why.

The Intensive is a starting point. It gives you the data and a clear direction. It does not include a custom-formulated supplement built from your results, follow-up retesting, or ongoing access to me between appointments. If you want to go further after seeing your results, that option is there.

After purchase, you'll receive an email with next steps and your collection kit information. Once your results are in, we'll schedule your review session. Plan for results within two weeks of the lab receiving your sample.
